On Monday, 19th June 2023, we held another successful book gifting event in year 1. Children were given the opportunity to take home some books we no longer need in school to have on their bookshelves at home.

Well done to everyone who took part in this year’s Easter Science Competition and thank you to those who came to view the children’s work at our science exhibition this week.  The standard of work was amazing and our science ambassadors enjoyed showing their work to others and carrying out various demonstrations including erupting volcanoes, shooting rockets and balloon powered vehicles!

On Friday 3^rd March,  the children & staff at school pulled out all the stops to dress as their favourite book character. It was brilliant to see the fantastic effort our pupils and staff had made in celebrating World Book Day.

On Monday 30^th January, Year 6 had a World War Two day where we got the chance to dress up like the children from WW2 and experience what it was like for them.
