Author Visit with Karen McCombie
Children in KS2 were delighted to meet an author, Karen McCombie, who came in today and spoke to children about writing books.
Karen McCombie told us how she became an author and explained where she finds inspiration for her work. Children were also introduced to new writing techniques and were amazed to learn what it takes to write a book. We also had an opportunity to purchase signed copies of her latest books. Thank you to Karen McCombie and Pickled Pepper Books for a wonderful inspiring afternoon!
