Pupil voice - On Friday, we had Viking day in school. Everybody dressed up and we did activities such as making medicine, creating bracelets, candle-dipping, sculpting vases, and making funny faces out of clay to ward off evil spirits. In the afternoon, we became archaeologists and found out about different Viking objects, such as bones or metal-making tools. My favourite activities were the bracelet making and visiting the wise woman for medicine. Throughout the day we were also in training for a battle against the Anglo-Saxons.
